A Taste of Gold

A  fertile land such as Calabria has provided us with an amazing oil, whose intense flavour matches fine organoleptic features: our Extravirgin Olive Oil has been selected among the best of 2016 by the Chamber of Commerce of Cosenza.

The taste

The oil has a light fruitiness of ripe olives with hints of ripe fruit and vegetables, accompanied by light notes of fresh grass.
Bitterness and pubgency are on average perceived and persistent.

A high quality EVO

Determined through the chemical analysis made by Calab and Crea-Oli (the best laboratory in Calabria), our oil has a low fat percentage, which is just 0,1%.
The spectrophotomer analysis revealed the typical composition associated to Extravirgin high-quality olive oil, rich in natural antioxidants.
